This is not a sticker. It’s a badge.
We worked together in 2020 here in NC House District 113. We wrote postcards, called voters, raised money for candidates, staffed the polls, did everything well. Our Democratic candidates all got about 30% of the vote.
We didn’t win but we survived.
COVID-19 has political complications. Social and economic problems simmer and boil over. We need repairs everywhere.
But the spirit of kindness, truth and democracy is still alive. This is where we need to throw all our passion and strength, together.

Of course, Deda. Local Politics are the building blocks of larger politics. We need to keep pushing to be heard here in Western North Carolina, despite the discomfort that putting one's neck out might cause us. So glad you are continuing to express your thoughts through this blog.
