This is heartbreaking. And so dangerous that it is so easy to shut down the truth in this day and age. I think these parents must have so much at stake in hiding the truth about American White Culture that they will do anything, just as the politicians will do anything to keep minorities from voting.

What actions can be taken to help protect school board members (and other civic officials) from the recent onslaught of abuse? Mandate registration (with contact details) before admitting audience members…? CCTV camera installation? I fear that verbal abuse will escalate if something isn’t done to lower the temperature.

CC, I've seen other counties allow only the present speaker into the meeting room, with no audience, who are maybe watching a live-stream nearby. I agree, the longer abusive language goes on, the harder it will be to recover civility. It's disturbing that Younkin won last evening (No.v 2) partly by encouraging parent power over educators.
