Deeds, I am struggling to form words here, as I am in the face of so much. Thank you for the comforting words and images. They aren’t necessarily a way out of the chaos, but they bring a sense of order, that we’ll go back to a beginning. I love all the artists here but especially Sonia Delaunay. I saw her paintings up closer for the first time in Paris, and I kept going back to that room. Keep writing, Deeda! Your are a gift!
Blair, I wish I could underline your words, "a way out of the chaos" because that's the whole thing -- that we can recover and then go back out there with our strong, truthful, centered perspective, and write a few letters, make a few calls.
It's exciting to hear about your visits to Delaunay's paintings in Paris. Did you happen to see her illustrations for Blaise Cendrar's poem? I'm enjoying this completely unexpected "closeness" to Sonia Delaunay. Thank you!
Thank you, Deda, for sharing your beauty and your kindness. So generous!
soothing words. thank you. sounds like a good idea
Lovely

Now going to look for those illustrations! Thank you, Deda!
And I continue to misspell your name. DEDA. DEDA. DEDA. I get really annoyed when it happens to me (often). Apologies!
"What's in a name?"
(Not sure if this applies but is sounds good!) : )
