Most of all, being in my element is to be surrounded by loving, loyal friends, doing good things.
Watching an evening snowfall with the help of an area "snow" light, lounging in front of a great big picture window, covered with a cozy quilt with a cup of hot chocolate with marshmallows to stick to my upper lip and a small plate of french fries! Really!
Floating on a lake looking at the skies, identifying figures in the clouds.
Yes, Cindy, the heart is the center for all the successful benefits that have come from the mind, such as science that helps people. Thank you for your thoughts on this.
Your flying women reminded me of a trip we took to Maine that included a visit to the wonderful Portland (Maine) Museum of Art. There I saw a great painting: https://www.portlandmuseum.org/flyingwoman . I liked it so much I bought postcards of it and sent them to my daughters in law. Love your collection.
Liz, I had not known of this artist. It must have been a memorable experience to see so many of her paintings all at once. I liked this quote from the link you mentioned: "Bradford’s figures, who often defy society’s expectations of women ..."

And so many more.
This is so thoughtful, Mary. As I read your descriptions, I feel peaceful. Thank you.
I wanted to be a mermaid when I was a little girl. Linda D.
Linda, this is delightful to know!
I feel the world fits people. However you have to come from your heart, not your mind.
Dustin bought me a mermaid like yours. She's in the bathroom. Dustin being a surfer and loving the OCEAN. Piper also living by the Ocean.
I do really like the flying woman. Really cool. Go girl GO! I wish that for my daughter.
