Cindy, this is so funny! My advice is that, for you, it's a good policy for you NOT to write down any secrets. But with discipline, a handmade Garden Diary could be successful. 😎
It's far to clever and beautiful for me to ever tackle. I had to make a book, from cover to cover including the binding, when I was taking an art class for my teaching certificate. I grew to revere the book itself. Sam and I talked about the process and how nothing will ever replace just feeling a book in your hands.
Jean, I've never made a book like the one you describe, partly because I didn't have access to the tools of the trade. It's interesting how it contributes to a teaching certificate!
